Pure Green

Nordic Pure Pure Green Eco-Friendly AC Furnace Air Filters, by Nordic Pure, are made from an environmentally responsible non-woven high loft, antimicrobial filter media. The MERV 6 rating has a lower pressure drop, minimizing energy consumption while maintaining a high dust holding capacity. The Pure Green air conditioning filter media is a fine gauge polyester. It has two layers of fiber density allowing depth loading and high efficiency.

The HVAC filter media is derived from recycled pop bottles and the outer frame is beverage board made of recycled paper products, therefore making it earth friendly. Our Pure Green AC filter removes lint, household dust, pollen, dust mites, and pet dander.

Three ways Pure Green is purely green!

1. Proper MERV results in less energy consumption by HVAC system.
2. Made from recycled pop bottles and may be recycled again, depending on your recycling facility.
3. The Air Filter Frame is made of recycled paper products and is biodegradable.

The effective life of your AC furnace air filter depends on both the inside and outside conditions in which you live. It is important to regularly change your air condition filters especially during any home improvements for fresh, clean air in your home or office. We recommend changing your AC air filter every 30-60 days, depending on your home or office environment.

Important Note: Almost ALL furnace filters have a different “actual size” than the nominal size printed on the air conditioner filter. It’s best if you measure your air filter for the EXACT size and compare it to our “Actual Size” – and then you can be sure your A/C air filter fits!
