Covering your swamp cooler is probably the single most important step you can take to protect and extend the life of your air unit when not in use! The down discharge cooler cover is stronger and lighter than canvas, made from 300D x 300D polyester fabric, with an extra strong draw rope and brass grommets down one side for easy installation. The seams are double stitched for added durability and the fabric is breathable so no ventilation panels required, reducing wind flap. You may also be able to use this as an AC cover. Measure and make sure your electrical lines and copper tubing is at the bottom or corner of the air conditioner unit. The covers are only to be used when you are NOT using your unit!
