This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through NordicPure.com, how we collect it, why we use it, who we share it with, how we protect and retain it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This policy applies to NordicPure.com and to our related customer service and order fulfillment activities. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy practices.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers and contact information. Your first and last name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
Order and transaction information. Products purchased, filter sizes and specifications, order dates, order values, order history, custom filter dimensions, subscription schedule and status for Subscribe & Save, returns, and customer service correspondence.
Account information. If you create an account, your username, password (stored in encrypted form), saved addresses, and saved order history.
Payment information. Payment card details are submitted through our payment processor and are used to authorize your transaction. Nordic Pure does not store or record your credit card number anywhere in our systems. For Subscribe & Save orders, recurring billing is handled by our payment processor.
Commercial and business information. If you apply to our wholesale or affiliate programs, business name, business contact details, and any tax or resale documentation you provide.
Internet and device activity. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages and products viewed, search terms entered on our site, time spent on pages, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and other interactions with our site.
Communications preferences. Whether you have subscribed to marketing email, and your engagement with messages we send.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, health information, or other categories of sensitive personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (see Section 7).
Directly from you. When you place an order, create an account, enroll in Subscribe & Save, request a custom filter size, subscribe to our newsletter, apply to our wholesale or affiliate programs, submit a review, or contact customer service by phone, email, or web form.
Automatically, as you use our site. We and our analytics providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your device and how you interact with NordicPure.com. Specifically:

All orders ship from our U.S. manufacturing facilities. We do not drop-ship from outside manufacturers, and we do not disclose your information to product manufacturers for fulfillment.

NordicPure.com is a general-audience website intended for adults purchasing HVAC and air filtration products. It is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@nordicpure.com and we will delete it. We encourage parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and to teach children not to disclose personal information online without permission.
Marketing email is opt-in. We send promotional email only to people who have affirmatively subscribed, whether through our newsletter signup, a site popup, or a checkout option. We do not add customers to marketing lists automatically because they placed an order.
Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@nordicpure.com to be removed. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Transactional messages. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send messages necessary to complete your order or manage your subscription, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and billing notices for Subscribe & Save.
Cookies and analytics. See Section 2 for how to limit cookies and opt out of analytics collection.
Global Privacy Control. Where your browser or extension transmits an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser sending it.

How to submit a request. Email info@nordicpure.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call us toll-free at 1-800-590-0339.
Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. For most requests, this means confirming the email address associated with your orders, and we may ask for order details such as an order number or shipping address. We will not use verification information for any other purpose.
Timing. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may extend by an additional 45 days.
Authorized agents. You may designate someone to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
California “Shine the Light.” California residents may request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
NordicPure.com contains links to websites operated by third parties, including social media platforms, our review platform, and embedded video providers. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site before providing personal information to it.
We operate NordicPure.com from our offices and manufacturing facility in the United States, and we ship within the United States. Personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access our site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative, and you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
